Position Summary: Provide vision and leadership in the day-to-day
operation, supervision and continued development of three sites.
Qualifications: An earned Masters Degree in Library/Information Science
plus a minimum of 3 years prior supervisory experience; knowledge of
integrated library systems; the ability to track input / output data and
report on activity; experience in planning and budget development;
outstanding communication and interpersonal skills needed to be an
effective advocate and spokesperson for the College library; ability to
develop collections and manage services; demonstrated knowledge of
electronic resources and computer applications; presentation and planning
skills necessary to deliver information literacy instruction using ACRL
standards, outcomes and measurements; and a commitment to student success.
Benefits include: faculty status; a 12 month academic calendar year that

$70,000 range.
