How can you manage to fit learning about special needs into your already packed schedule? This two hour workshop will not only provide you with a basic understanding of the barriers and challenges posed by and for special needs patrons, but will also offer you tools to have at your disposal to assist them. We’ll demo the latest technology and give you low tech advice on helping this growing segment of the population.
